Booking and rates

You can book online via the quote request form on our website, or contact us by phone at +39 039 8951344 or via WhatsApp at +39 335 6165188. We will reply within a few hours to confirm availability.

We recommend booking at least 90 days in advance to access the "Book Early" discount (-10%). In high season (July-August) availability fills up fast, so the earlier you book the better. We also accept last-minute bookings subject to availability.

The minimum duration varies by period. In low season generally 3-4 nights are sufficient. In high season (July-August) the minimum rises to 7 nights. Special minimums apply for holiday weekends. Check availability on the site or contact us for the period you are interested in.

The price is calculated based on the number of nights, the chosen camper, the km package (100 km/day, 200 km/day or unlimited km) and any optional accessories. Booking fees and optional insurance cover are added to the base price.

Yes! With our "Book Early" discount you get 10% off if you book at least 90 days in advance and rent for at least 7 nights. The discount applies automatically when choosing the non-refundable rate.

If you book more than 30 days before departure, a 40% deposit is required at booking and the balance before pick-up. If you book within 30 days of departure, 100% is required immediately. Payment is made by credit card online (Stripe) or bank transfer.
Kilometres and fuel

We offer three km packages: 100 km/day (base rate), 200 km/day (mid rate) and unlimited km (full freedom). Choose based on your itinerary: for a European trip, unlimited km is often the best value.

Extra km are charged at the time of vehicle return, at a per-km rate set in the contract. To avoid surprises, we recommend planning your route and choosing the most suitable km package or opting for unlimited km.

No, fuel is not included in the rental. The camper is delivered with a full tank and must be returned in the same condition. Otherwise the cost of refilling plus a service surcharge will be charged.
Deposit and insurance

Yes, a deposit is required via a credit card hold (not a charge). The amount varies depending on the insurance chosen: €2,000 without cover, €1,000 with CDW Basic, €500 with CDW Full. The deposit is released within a few days of the camper being returned in good condition.

We offer three levels of cover:

• No CDW: Third-party included, excess €2,000 for damage to the vehicle.
• CDW Basic (€15/day): reduces excess to €1,000 and deposit to €1,000.
• CDW Full (€30/day): zero excess, deposit reduced to €500. The most comprehensive cover for worry-free travel.

Yes, all our campers are covered by third-party liability insurance with adequate limits for circulation in Italy and Europe. The insurance covers damage caused to third parties. Optional CDW cover is required for damage to the rented vehicle.

In case of accident you must fill in the CAI form (Agreed Statement of Accident) and contact us immediately. For mechanical breakdowns, 24/7 roadside assistance is available. Emergency numbers are in the camper handover document. Do not carry out repairs independently without prior authorisation.

It depends on the refund policy chosen:

• Non-refundable: no refund on cancellation (includes 10% discount).
• Refundable 30 days: full refund if cancelled more than 30 days in advance.
• Refundable 48 hours: full refund if cancelled more than 48 hours in advance (variable additional cost).
Pick-up, delivery and return

Pick-up and return take place at our premises at Via Carnia 1, Monza (MB). We also offer the Fly & Camper service with delivery and pick-up at Malpensa (MXP), Linate (LIN) and Orio al Serio/Bergamo (BGY) airports. An additional charge applies for the airport service (free with unlimited km rental of at least 7 nights).

The Fly & Camper service lets you land in Italy and find the camper directly at the airport, so you can set off immediately without losing time. At the end of your trip, drop it off at the airport and take your return flight. The perfect way to combine a low-cost flight with a camper adventure.

At pick-up you must present: a valid driving licence (minimum category B), identity card or passport, credit card for the deposit hold (prepaid cards are not accepted for the deposit). If the driver is different from the person who booked, they must be present with their own documents.

Pick-up is normally from 9:00 to 12:30, return by 9:00 on the agreed day. Times may vary based on arrangements made at booking. We ask you to agree times and methods with our operators before departure.

Yes, the camper is delivered clean, serviced and with standard equipment included (crockery, bed linen, etc. depending on the kit chosen). At check-in we do a handover walkthrough together during which we explain how all systems work: gas, water, electricity, heating and all main controls.
Accessories and add-ons

You can add several optional items to your rental: bike rack, child seat, extra crockery kit, additional linen, outdoor chairs and table, GPS and much more. See the full list in the Optionals section of the site.

The presence of pets on board must be communicated at the time of booking. A supplement for deep cleaning is required. Animals must be kept so as not to cause damage to the vehicle. In case of damage caused by animals, the amount will be deducted from the deposit.

Absolutely yes! Every year Monzacamper offers special packages for Munich Oktoberfest, with dedicated rates for September and October weekends, 1,500 km included and partner parking. Check the Oktoberfest offer page for updated dates and prices.

Yes, all prices shown on the website and in the showroom are "all-inclusive" prices, including registration. There are no hidden costs: the price you see is what you pay, no surprises.

Yes, we offer financing through AGOS with terms designed for camper buyers. The standard plan includes a 25% down payment and 156 monthly instalments (13 years). Collection fees are approximately €4.50 per instalment. Contact us for a personalised calculation.

Yes! With AGOS financing you get an extended warranty of 3 additional years, for a total of 5 years of warranty on your new camper. It is one of the most advantageous conditions available on the market.

The monthly instalment depends on the camper price, the down payment and the number of instalments. With the standard plan (25% down, 156 instalments) payments start from approximately €590/month for mid-range models. Each camper spec sheet on our website already shows the indicative instalment. Yes, we accept cash payment within the limits set by law, bank transfers and banker's drafts. For large amounts, bank transfer is the most common and secure method. The contract is signed at the showroom and delivery takes place after payment is completed.
Trade-in of used camper

Yes, we evaluate your used camper for a trade-in towards the purchase of a new or used vehicle from us. Bring the camper to our premises for a free valuation, or send us photos and technical details by email for a preliminary estimate. The valuation is without obligation.

The valuation takes place directly at our premises, where our technicians inspect the vehicle: bodywork condition, systems (gas, water, electrical), mileage, year of registration, presence of leaks and equipment. The trade-in value is communicated on the same day and can be deducted from the price of the camper purchased.

Yes, we also evaluate caravans for trade-in. Contact us to book an appointment and bring the vehicle to our premises for valuation. Our workshop carries out the technical inspection to determine the collection value.
Warranty and after-sales service

New campers are sold with the manufacturer's warranty, generally 2 years. With AGOS financing the warranty extends to 5 years total. Used campers have specific warranties that are communicated at the time of purchase.

Warranty service is handled by our in-house workshop (Via Carnia 1, Monza). We are an authorised service centre for the brands we sell. For warranty work contact customer service on 039 895 1344 to arrange an appointment with the workshop.

Yes, it is possible to consider extended warranty policies for used campers, covering the main mechanical and technical components for a defined period. Ask for information at the showroom at the time of purchase.
Purchase from Switzerland

Yes, Monzacamper regularly sells campers to customers residing in Switzerland. Since Switzerland is outside the EU, Swiss customers can purchase the camper without Italian VAT using a special export procedure. For full details visit our dedicated page. Find out how it works →

The price for Swiss customers is calculated by deducting the Italian 22% VAT from the Italian list price. In practice the Swiss price corresponds to approximately 82% of the Italian price. Each camper spec sheet on our site also shows the "Net price for Switzerland".

The "Ready Delivery" tag indicates that the camper is physically available at our premises, already registered or ready for registration, and can be delivered quickly (usually within a few days of signing the contract).
