GENERAL CONDITIONS

ALL RENTAL CAMPERS include the following accessories in the rental price:
- Air conditioning in the cabin and living area.
- 3-bike rack up to 50kg max.
- Awning.
- TV with satellite or digital terrestrial antenna.
- Internal cleaning kit.
- Leveling wedges.
- Thermal blinds for the driver's cabin.
- Oversize load sign.
- Safety kit (triangle, vest, first aid kit).

The use of the vehicle must be carried out in such a way as to remain, in any case, covered by the insurance stipulated for it and cannot involve its use for specific purposes other than transfer and habitation. The following are particularly incompatible with this contract:
- The sub-rental of the vehicle.
- Its loan (free loan) to persons not listed among those declared by the client as occupants.
- The exercise, through the vehicle, of any kind,
- Allowing the vehicle to be driven by a person not listed among those declared by the client as drivers or who has incurred rejection or cancellation of the R.C.A insurance policy relating to their own vehicle.
- The number of persons transported inside must not exceed the maximum indicated on the vehicle registration document of the Country in which it is used.
- The vehicle must be driven by a person in physical condition and with a driving license in accordance with the traffic regulations of the Country in which it is used. The use of the vehicle in violation of this provision will result in the immediate loss of the deposit paid as a penalty and will be added to the compensation for all damages caused to the Lessor, and to third parties, by the unauthorized activity.

The cost for any kilometers exceeding those provided for in the contract is € 0.35 for each extra km. The client is required to communicate the mileage covered to the Lessor at the time of vehicle return.

Small pets are allowed, provided they are kept in appropriate carriers and cannot cause damage to the camper. The client is required to notify the Lessor of the presence of animals at the time of booking and to return the camper in adequate hygienic conditions. Otherwise, the Lessor reserves the right to charge an additional cost of € 120.00 for cleaning the camper. The client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by transported animals.

The client must use the vehicle scrupulously adhering to the rules of the Highway Code and all regulations in force in the Country of use. Any infractions or fines will be charged to them.

The client must use the vehicle with diligence in order to protect the safety of transported persons and the integrity of property.

Upon confirmation of the requested booking, a deposit equal to 40% of the total amount of the trip must be paid. Failure to pay this amount means the booking cannot be considered confirmed. The balance is due 30 days before the start of the trip. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the booking with the corresponding loss of the advance payment. The security deposit must be paid at the beginning of the trip EXCLUSIVELY by credit card.

In case of early cancellation of the trip, the penalties will be those chosen by the client during the booking phase and visible on the contract under the accessories section. No refund is due if the client, for personal reasons, starts the trip late or ends it early. The cancellation must be communicated, under penalty of nullity, via certified email (PEC) or registered letter with return receipt.

The collection of the vehicle is subject to the payment of a security deposit of € 2000.00 for the NO CDW rate, € 1000.00 for the CDW BASE rate and € 500.00 for the CDW FULL rate (ONLY BY CREDIT CARD no Bancomat no Debit Card) due to cover the deductible of the RCA/Casko/Theft/Fire policy and excess km and/or any damages caused to the vehicle by the client or third parties during the trip. The security deposit will be returned upon return, after verifying the conditions of the vehicle. In case of an accident, the deposit will be retained until judicial or contractual responsibilities are ascertained.

All expenses related to the possible transfer of the vehicle across any State border, those for obtaining visas, authorizations, or temporary import or export of everything present in the vehicle, including onboard equipment provided by the Lessor, will be borne by the client.

The duration, as established by this contract, is mandatory. Exceptionally, the Lessor reserves the right to grant an extension, by written confirmation. For delays exceeding one hour, a penalty of €100.00 will be charged, plus €30.00 for each hour or fraction of an hour of delay.

The Lessor reserves the right to postpone the start of the rental or replace the vehicle assigned in this contract with an equivalent one due to mechanical failures or other force majeure impediments. In case of delays, the Lessor will promptly notify the client who will be entitled to a refund of the rental fee relating to the number of days not used.

Should mechanical failures of the vehicle occur during the trip not due to ordinary diligence on the part of the client, the related repairs may be carried out directly by the client for amounts not exceeding € 100. For repairs of a higher amount, the client must first request authorization from the Lessor.

The vehicle must be returned in good hygienic conditions, clean inside and with the waste water and toilet tanks properly emptied. In case of non-compliance, € 120.00 will be withheld from the amount paid as a penalty for failure to clean the interior and € 120.00 for failure to empty the drains. Furthermore, the client is responsible for the accessories entrusted to him such as the spare wheel etc.. which will be charged to him in case of theft or damage.

The Lessor authorizes the client to drive their vehicle abroad under a temporary export regime. Explicitly for the days agreed upon in the contract and in the countries included in the insurance green card.

The client is informed that a satellite tracker may be installed on the rented vehicle, which could be activated for theft prevention.

In case of an accident, whether active or passive, or in case of mechanical breakdown that renders the camper temporarily unusable, the client must immediately notify MONZACAMPER by phone or email and call the insurance operations center to activate the claim. In case of non-compliance, any expenses for transport, restaurant, hotel, or anything else, are entirely at the client's expense; furthermore, within the subsequent 48 hours, the client must send MONZACAMPER a registered letter or certified email (PEC) with all written and/or photographic documentation relating to the accident. In any case, in the event of an accident, the appropriate form provided by the insurance company (accident report, friendly statement C.I.D.) located in the document holder along with the vehicle registration document must be completed. The driver and any other person authorized to drive is covered by an insurance policy for civil liability towards third parties and for damage to animals or property, within the limits of the laws in force in Italy. The driver also undertakes to protect the interests of the Lessor and its insurance company in case of accidents during the rental, and must, among other things: - Provide the names and addresses of the parties involved in the accident and of witnesses, - Admit any responsibilities or faults, - Not leave the vehicle unattended without having provided adequate safeguard, - Immediately notify the Lessor by phone and email, even in case of minor damage (for more serious cases with a telegram or PEC email), followed by a detailed report accompanied by photos and a sketch. For any violation of the highway code, the client will be held financially responsible, even after some time. For any dispute, the court of Monza will be competent.
